Return Policy

At Aiolith Inc., we stand by the quality of our commercial floor scrubbers. We offer a 30-day return policy on machines purchased directly from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following terms and conditions.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return for any eligible machine within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All return requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team.
2. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If your machine arrives with a manufacturing defect or fails to operate due to a quality issue within the 30-day return window, please contact us immediately.
- Upon verification of the defect, Aiolith Inc. will, at its discretion, repair the unit, provide a replacement, or issue a full refund.
- Aiolith Inc. will cover all associated costs for return shipping and packaging for verified quality-related returns.
3. Discretionary Returns (Non-Quality Issues)
If you wish to return a machine for reasons other than a quality issue (e.g., buyer's remorse, incorrect model ordered), the return is subject to the following conditions:
- The machine must be in its original, "like-new" condition, unused, and free from any wear, tear, or damage.
- The machine must be returned in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and logistics fees, including the initial cost to ship the machine to you (outbound freight) and the cost to ship it back to our warehouse (return freight).
- A professional packaging and crating fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and certifying the machine for resale. Please contact us for the current fee schedule.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your original order number and the reason for your return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Returns sent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, less any applicable shipping and packaging fees as outlined in Section 3.
